Each piece of this tumbled and polished brown aragonite is approximately 1/2" - 1 1/4" in size (we request that you allow for some slight size variation outside that range). Please select whether you would like a 1/2 LB lot or 1 LB lot.

Aragonite is a carbonate mineral that is a polymorph of calcite, meaning it shares an identical chemical composition with calcite but crystallizes differently. Brown aragonite is known for its distinct needle-like, tabular crystals and its brown, tan, or white coloration. It is found in oxidized areas with ore deposits or evaporates, as well as in hot spring deposits or caves. 

Metaphysical Properties:

Brown aragonite is associated with grounding, centering, self-healing, patience, and compassion. It is connected primarily to the sacral chakra.
