Live Sale Rules - *Please Read!*
In order to keep things running smoothly, fairly, and pleasantly for everyone, we implement just a few reasonable rules for our live sales.
What is a live sale and where can I watch?
A live sale is an online shopping experience that involves a business video-streaming on a social media platform in real-time. The business shows products, and customers may comment to claim them.
Currently, Facebook is the only platform we use to run live sales. However, once we gain enough followers on Tiktok, we will start running live sales there, too!

How does the live sale work?
For GBM live sales, we primarily show item boards. These are numbered boards that show each individual item placed with a specific number (or, in some cases, a letter).
When a customer wants to claim an item, they simply comment with the corresponding number or letter. For example, if a customer wants to claim an item placed with the number 300, they will comment, "300." If multiple people claim the same item, the GBM host will see whose comment came through for us first. That person will get the item.
Important Notes:
- Please keep in mind that your personal device will always sort your comment at the top when you're looking at it. This is true for everyone else, too. It does not necessarily mean that your comment is coming up first for the GBM hosts. Different factors like your internet connection and the app itself will determine whose comment comes through first for GBM.
- Similarly, sometimes your comments may be filtered out. This means that for whatever reason, the app itself has decided to "hide" your comment from the GBM hosts. If we are not responding to your comment or claim, rest assured that we are not ignoring you! You have probably been filtered by the app, and you may need to leave the live sale and come back.

Are the shows always at the same time every week?
Generally speaking, we keep a consistent live sale schedule each week, though some weeks we may need to adapt due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. If such an adaptation occurs, we will notify our customers via social media and update this page as well.
Our regular live sale schedule is currently as follows:
- Mondays: Facebook Live Sale from 10am - 12pm
- Tuesdays: Facebook Live Sale from 5pm - 9pm
- Wednesdays: Facebook Live Sale from 5pm - 9pm
When does GBM send out live sale invoices?
We send out all invoices for the week each Thursday between 8am - 2pm. They will show up in your email inbox.
If you are not seeing your invoice in your inbox, try checking your Spam folder. If you still do not see it, please contact us on social media or email us at info1@laurelmtgroup.com.
How do I pay my invoice?
There are multiple ways of paying the invoice, including credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Meta. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All payment options will be shown on the checkout screen when you go to pay your emailed invoice.
Can I keep my box open?
Each week, your box is automatically kept open for all the live shows occurring that week. We close and send all invoices each Thursday.
So if you claim items on our Monday show, you will be able to add more live sale items to your box through Wednesday's show. If you don't claim anything until Wednesday, your box will only remain open for that Wednesday show.
If we run a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday show, the claims from that show will carry over to the following week. (Shows on these days occur once in a while due to holidays, promotions, or other circumstances.)
How does shipping work?
For our live sales, our flat rate shipping of $9.95 still applies!
We send out invoices for our live sales every Thursday between 8am - 2pm. How quickly your order ships out will depend on how quickly you pay your invoice. For example, if you pay immediately, your order will likely be shipped out the same day. But if you don't pay until Friday evening, your order will not be packed up and shipped out until the following Monday.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Simply let us know you'd like to pick up your order, either before or immediately after you pay your invoice. (If you wait too long after paying to notify us, we might have shipped it out already!)

What and when are the video sales?
Each week after all the live sales have concluded, we post a video to our Facebook page showing the items that are still available. This is not a real-time live feed, but customers may still comment to claim items. The system of numbered boards is exactly the same as it is on our live sales.
We post video sales to our Facebook page every Thursday afternoon. We will leave comment access open until the following Monday early in the morning, after which point we pull the claimed items and add them to customers' bins. Please keep in mind that when there are multiple claims for a single item, we honor the first claim that comes up for us in the comments.
