Our warehouse does not technically have a storefront, but if you make an appointment, we would be happy to show you around and ring you up for anything you'd like to buy! Keep in mind that this option is by appointment only. We require at least 48 hours' notice before the desired appointment time; we are not often able to make last-minute accommodations. Please message us on Facebook or contact admin@gemsbymail.com to make an appointment.
When are your hours?
Normal customer service / office hours (all Eastern Standard Time!):
- Monday: 12pm - 3pm
- Tuesday: 12pm - 3pm
- Wednesday: 12pm - 3pm
- Thursday: 12pm - 2pm
- Friday: 8am - 2pm
Hours may change around holidays or due to inclement weather.
**Please note that these hours indicate when we are most able to answer non-Facebook messenger customer service inquiries. We are currently operating with an extremely small crew so we appreciate your patience. All time-sensitive issues should be brought to our attention via Facebook messenger.
