When are your hours?

Normal customer service / office hours (all Eastern Standard Time!):

• Monday: 8am - 2pm
• Tuesday: 12pm - 2pm
• Wednesday: 12pm - 2pm
• Thursday: 8am - 2pm
• Friday: 8am - 2pm

Hours may change around holidays or due to inclement weather.

**Please note that these hours indicate when we are most able to answer non-Facebook messenger customer service inquiries. We are currently operating with an extremely small crew so we appreciate your patience. All time-sensitive issues should be brought to our attention via Facebook messenger.
