Each piece of this rough tri-color calcite is approximately 1/2" - 2" in size.

Tri-color calcite is a carbonate mineral known for its beautiful multicolored banding. Many of the different calcite colors grow together in limestone deposits; upon being mined, they are sorted by color and brought to the wider crystal market. Calcites are relatively soft, scoring a 3 on the Mohs hardness scale, and as such can be scratched easily by harder substances.
Metaphysical Properties:
Tri-color calcite is known as the "gardener's stone." It is associated with life, intuition, cleansing, and gentle energy. It is connected primarily with the third eye chakra.
