Rock/Mineral Info:

Larvikite is a type of gray feldspar extremely similar to labradorite. While it does not show the play-of-color called "labradorescence" that is typical of labradorite, it does often display a lovely sheen or Schiller effect when viewed at particular angles. In addition to the feldspar minerals that compose it, larvikite often also includes hornblende, augite, and other minor minor minerals. 

Metaphysical Properties:

Larvikite is associated with protection, transformation, wisdom, and higher consciousness. It is connected primarily with the root and third eye chakras.
