Rock/Mineral Info: Malachite forms in layers overtop of the quartz host rock. Specimens may include other natural inclusions such as hematite, goethite, fluorite, etc. It is recommended to not tumble these specimens as the tumbling process will remove the delicate malachite crystals from the surface of the quartz.
