Each piece is approximately 1/2" - 2 1/2" in size. Please allow for slight variation outside that range. Please also note that this product is very light in color. Some stones may be darker and more vibrant than others. Amethyst is a type of quartz known for its purple coloration. Amethyst's color is caused by trace amounts of iron or manganese within the crystal structure. Quartz forms when mineral-rich fluid flows through underground rock, depositing silica and other minerals along the way. These minerals accumulate over time with iron or manganese, eventually forming amethyst. 

Metaphysical Properties:

Amethyst is known to be the master healer and protector. It resonates primarily with the crown chakra.
